HR Management of EODY’s Mobile Health Units (KOMY)

End-to-end human resources management for the Mobile Health Units of the National Public Health Organisation — enabling fast, efficient deployment of nursing staff for home-based COVID-19 sampling and care. 

The Challenge

During the COVID-19 pandemic, EODY needed to rapidly scale up its Mobile Health Units (KOMY) to conduct biological sampling & provide nursing assistance at patients' homes. Managing the HR demands of a nationwide mobile workforce, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance monitoring, under emergency conditions required a structured, experienced external partner.

Our Approach

We acted as an embedded HR management partner for EODY, assuming full responsibility for the staffing lifecycle of the KOMY units. Beyond HR operations, we contributed to process re-engineering, financial consulting, and the development of custom analytics tools to streamline data management and reporting across the network.
